One trade, done properly

A shower pan is the waterproof floor under the tile. Ours is built on site: a cement pre-slope, then three layers of 15lb felt and four layers of asphalt mopped on hot, fiberglass mesh worked into every corner, and a flood test before the tile goes in.

We do not do demolition and we do not set tile. We waterproof, and only waterproof, for general contractors, tile setters and homeowners across San Diego County.

Every pan is flood-tested

Fill it with water. If it has not leaked within 24 hours, it was done well.
