Francisco Figueroa has been doing shower pans for ten years, working out of Escondido. We think of ourselves as the surgeons of waterproofing and hot mop: we specialize in just that, and we do it right.
How we work
We do not cut corners, and we pay attention to the details. We do not rush, and we do not drag it out. We make sure the job is done well and in a timely manner.
We think about the space of the homeowner, the general contractor and the tile setter. We treat every house like it is our own. If something needs covering, we cover it. When we leave, the space is as clean as we found it.

Five steps. Most of the time between the first one and the fourth is a day or two.

You get the price over the phone.
Every job is different, so we quote each one.

We schedule it
If we quote today, often the next day or the day after.
We are flexible, and we keep the wait short.

We prep and build the pan
Pre-slope, hot tar and felt, mesh in the corners.
About two hours. We could go faster; we take the time to do it right.

The flood test
Water goes in to prove the pan holds.
Sometimes we run it; sometimes your contractor does once the pan has dried.
